What are the table fees?$125 Table Holder: Half Table Workshops Panels Signing Preorder Pickup Ball Book Swap Brunch $200 Table Holder: Full Table Workshops Panels Signing Preorder Pickup Ball Book Swap Brunch To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $50 must be submitted within two weeks FOR ALL TABLE HOLDERS from the date of your acceptance (this will go toward your overall table fee).

Are you accepting Volunteers?Yes! We're looking for 80 volunteers to help us with this event. We are seeking volunteers from June 12, 2025, to June 15, 2025, with various shifts available. Volunteers are required to commit to the full weekend. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: -lifting objects weighing at least 25 lbs -assisting guests with mobility issues -supporting authors without assistants -providing information to attendees and exhibitors regarding the event schedule and venue layout In exchange for your valuable support, volunteers are eligible to receive complimentary meals on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as one hour of early access to the preorder pickup before attendees. Additionally, volunteers will have complimentary access to the signing, the ball on Saturday evening, and one additional event of their choice (further details will be provided upon acceptance). Is this genre-specific?Nope! Pack in the Readers is a diverse event suitable for individuals of all ages and interests. Upon entry, attendees will find tables arranged by genre, ranging from lighthearted, Children’s, to more serious themes, Erotica. From authors of children's literature to those who specialize in adult content, a wide range of writers will be present to engage with guests and discuss their works with enthusiasm.

Is being a Packer fan required?Haha, no. B. J. has had plenty of authors and their significant others threaten to bring jerseys from all the other terrible NFL teams and threaten to get her kicked out of her own city. Unfortunately, even one of our influencers is a Seahawks fan. We’re still trying to convert her though, so fingers crossed.

Who can sign up on the interest form?Authors, PA services, narrators, influencers, bookish vendors and artists, and cover models!

How will table fees be billed?The invoices will be sent to the email address you've provided. from phantomowlpublishing@gmail.com via PayPal. Phantom Owl Publishing, LLC is the LLC company that's hosting the event. $50 will be required within two (2) weeks of being accepted to secure your spot on the roster, while the remaining balance will be due by 1 February 2025.

Why is the Game Night separate?Not everyone may wish to participate in all the events; some individuals prefer the opportunity to explore the city. This allows both our table holders and readers the chance to engage with friends at a local venue, visit Lambeau Field, or discover other attractions throughout the city. We aimed to provide readers who may not have had the opportunity to purchase a VIP ticket with the chance to attend an event alongside fellow readers and table holders if they are interested(:

Is the Ball VIP only?The Ball is open to table holders, their assistants, and VIP ticket holders!

Will you have merchandise with the event logo on it?Yep! We'll have a tote bag, hoodies, shirts, a challenge coin, a tumbler, and an autograph book.

How many tickets will be going on sale?Right now, 50 VIP and 200 General Admission. We’re beginning with a limited number of tickets, but we may increase the quantity if the initial round sells out rapidly.

Will there be room blocks?Yes, for table holders, their assistants, and our volunteers.

How is parking?There is a ramp across the street from the KI Center. Otherwise each hotel has subsequent parking for guests of the hotel (not for convention goers).

Are there hotels nearby?Yep! The KI Convention Center is attached to a Hyatt while a Hampton Inn is on the other side of the convention center!

Will there be an anthology?This year, it has been decided not to pursue an anthology. When B. J. initiated the event, whether she would manage it independently or with a team was uncertain. To alleviate potential added pressure on her responsibilities, she decided to forgo this option for the current year. As for the possibility of an anthology in the future, it remains uncertain. Depending on the success of the upcoming year, there may be a consideration for it, however, this will be determined over time.

What is a “Preorder Pickup?”The Preorder Pickup was created to streamline the process during the signing event by providing readers with the option to collect their preordered items ahead of time. NO SALES WILL BE MADE DURING THIS EVENT. This means that readers can collect their preorders, explore other tables and vendors, and familiarize themselves with the layout of the signing room to plan their visit more efficiently the following day.

Due to limited capacity, participation in the panels and workshops will be on a sign-up basis which you’ll be able to do when you purchase your tickets.

What will the food situation be like?During the event, there will be complimentary water stations provided for both table holders and attendees. Additionally, there are water fountains available on site for those who prefer to bring their water bottle. Snack stations will be located in the main corridors of the venue where attendees can purchase munchies. Nearby on N Washington St, just a block away from the venue, there are a variety of dining options and shops for attendees to enjoy. Some of these establishments include Elbert & Gerbert’s, Hagemeister Park, Asian Fusion Cuisines, and more.

In total, we will have 165 individuals, including both table holders and influencers, who will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the event.

Will all the authors be in the same room, or will YA/Children’s authors be in a separate room?Yes, all authors will be grouped in a single room. The lighting in the room will transition from "light to dark" based on the genre of the authors' works. There may be a few authors whose work spans multiple genres, particularly those who write both children's literature and adult themes.

What monetary is being donated to the Brown County Library?A group of authors who are participating in this initiative have generously contributed copies of their books to the Brown County Wisconsin Library system. These books will be made available to be read by the vast community of 269,591 residents in the area.
